Owner & Real Estate Broker of Southern Sky Realty, LLC. Jeff is an experienced REALTOR with over 12 years in the business.  A background in Investment Real Estate, Property Management, Equity Trading & Finance. Graduate of San Diego State University, Jeff worked in the CA market before making Nashville his home in early 2015.

“I grew up in a second generation real estate investment business in San Diego working with my father and grandfather who both were Real Estate Brokers.  I specialize in buying/selling of residential homes, investment Real Estate, and Property Management. Johnny is a second generation realtor with over 14 years of experience. He and his wife, Kyra have 2 daughters, Kaylee and Shay, and reside in Franklin, Tn, but own rental properties all around middle Tn. Johnny attended Point Loma Nazarene University from 2003 to 2007 where he earned a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Organizational Management. While attending PLNU, he played golf on the collegiate level as well as the top amateur level.

Aaron moved to Middle Tennessee in 2004, where he graduated from the MTSU Aerospace program, and has been an active member of his community since relocating from East Tennessee. He has extensive knowledge of the entire real estate process through 10 years of experience as a home inspector, and more than two years as a licensed realtor. Aaron is excited to be using his knowledge of homes to help buyers and sellers make educated decisions throughout the entire home buying/selling process.
