How do I create a maintenance request? 

For non emergency maintenance scheduling use this link.  This software is very easy to use and generally takes about 1 minute to set up. You must create an account.


Emergency Repairs

How do I request an emergency repair? 

EMERGENCY CONTACTS -

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911.

Here are the events that are considered a 24 hr immediate contact emergency;

1. Flooding (Any Kind)

2. A/C or Heat Failure (Temperature outside of 60/80)

3. Electrical Issues

4. If this is an emergency during business hours (8am-5pm) call 615-592-5216

If this is NOT during business hours and an emergency event, please call 615-592-5216 and leave a message. One of our on call agents will contact you shortly.  If you do not leave a message, your call will not be returned.

***If this is not deemed an emergency tenant will be charged $100 fee in addition to any trip fees from the vendor. If it is not one of these events, please use the maintenance scheduling link.


 

How do I apply for a rental?

Visit our Rental Page to see what’s on the market.  Click on the property your are interested in and complete the application form.

Application fee must be paid to agent prior to credit check. Applicant is aware that this is a third party vendor.
